Brittany is a sonographer from Sahuarita, Arizona, and Mitch is a sales rep from Cushing, Oklahoma. Mitch remodeled the Elati House and the McCosh Apartment himself before we started hosting them, so he knows every inch of both. We set up each home the way we'd want to live in it: real record players, good mattresses, kitchens you can actually cook in, and a desk you can work at all day. A little Southern hospitality goes into every one. We love to travel and try new restaurants, bars and scenery, and we love the mountains. That's a big part of why we bought a home in the Denver area, and Mitch snowboards. Inside you'll find fiber internet, a dedicated workspace, a 75-inch 4K TV, a record player, a washer and dryer, and a new bathroom with a bidet. Pets are welcome. Mitch remodeled the house himself before we started hosting it. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Oxford light rail station, and close to downtown Englewood, Old Town Littleton and the area's major hospitals. We set it up with longer stays in mind. There's a pool table and a piano, a record player, a 75-inch LG TV with 5.1 surround sound and a Klipsch subwoofer, and a 50-inch Sony in the guest room. It has a private deck up in the trees, a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full bath, its own washer and dryer, a workspace, a walk-in closet and a smart TV. A mini-split handles both heating and air conditioning, and it works very well. It's very private, with no shared spaces and no shared walls.
