The Elati House is a two-bedroom house in Englewood, just south of Denver. Out back there's a fenced yard, a big garden, a deck and a seven-seat hot tub. Inside you'll find fiber internet, a dedicated workspace, a 75-inch 4K TV, a record player, a washer and dryer, and a new bathroom with a bidet. Pets are welcome.

The McCosh Apartment is a studio apartment of about 600 square feet above the garage at the McCosh property, with its own entrance and stairs. It has a private deck up in the trees, a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full bath, its own washer and dryer, a workspace, a walk-in closet and a smart TV. A mini-split handles both heating and air conditioning, and it works very well. It's very private, with no shared spaces and no shared walls. It's at the same address as the McCosh House, close to White Rock Lake. Pets are welcome.
Meet your hosts
Hi, we're Mitch & Brittany, or the Bitchells (Brittany + Mitchell), as we jokingly call ourselves. Brittany is a sonographer from Sahuarita, Arizona, and Mitch is a sales rep from Cushing, Oklahoma. Mitch remodeled the Elati House and the McCosh Apartment himself before we started hosting them, so he knows every inch of both. We set up each home the way we'd want to live in it: real record players, good mattresses, kitchens you can actually cook in, and a desk you can work at all day. A little Southern hospitality goes into every one.
We love to travel and try new restaurants, bars and scenery, and we love the mountains. That's a big part of why we bought a home in the Denver area, and Mitch snowboards. We split our time between Dallas, Denver and New Zealand, and we look after the homes ourselves.
